BTC experts have implemented a variety of projects related to computerization of various banking sectors, including those completely developed by BTC. Some projects and developments are described below. BTC’s experts have been keeping watch over up-to-date tendencies in the field of designing large-scale information systems. Within the framework of its investment development the Company has been investing in analyzing and pilot testing of software which are currently not used by our customers, but may be useful for such customers in future. Any, even the best software and technologies, employed to successfully solve everyday tasks of customers get out of date as time passes. BTC Company is not confining itself to solving current problems faced by its customers, but is striving to generate and align its customers demands in concordance with present-day tendencies in the development of information systems. Special attention is accorded to such fields as the integration of applications, web-services, smart-clients, data storages.

System Integration and consulting services
Banking technologies and consulting company is possessing wide experience in successful rendering consulting services within the whole range of issues related to banking business computerization such as:
1. Reengineering of the computer-aided system of interbank settlements of the Republic of Belarus;
2. IT auditing and making ready materials to hold tenders on selecting a new information banking system at Absolute Bank. This Project has been implemented under the administration of IBM Global Business Service (the financial sector);
3. Project management while implementing a new banking information system based on Misys products at the following banks:
— The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (Belarus);
Belvnesheconombank (Belarus);
The Bank of International Trade and Investments (Belarus);
The Belarusian Birzhevoy Bank (Belarus);
Alfa-Bank (the Ukraine) (Kievinvestbank);
ʠBARS Bank (Russia).
Banking technologies and consulting company has completed a wide range of works within a large-scale project on implementing Equation system at Alfa-Bank. The Company has signed and maintaining long-term contracts with Alfa-Bank on maintaining the installed software programs. BTC is also one of the major subcontractors of Alfa-Bank in the field of implementing a large-scale project of developing a new information banking system in the regions. Currently BTC is participating in implementing the Equation system at Tatfondbank (Russia) and Bank ofCyprus (Cyprus).

Localization of Equation system according to requirements of national legislations of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine.
Within the localization framework the following works have been completed:
the translation of the system interface, customer and user into the Russian language;
the development of the reporting forms;
the introduction of amendments in the accounting of bank operations in conformity to local requirements;
the implementation of interfaces with local settlement systems;
the creation of specialized software complexes (integration of the digital signature, fiscal modules, etc.);
the implementation of the functionality not available in the system;
the development of integration solutions for procuring the interaction with locally developed products (remote service systems, computer-aided bank systems, data storages).

Trade Innovation Product Localization and Implementation at VTB Bank Subsidiaries

Optimization of business processes, development and implementation of BPM systems based on Pegasystems solutions
BTC started its partnership with Pegasystems in 2010. Since that time BTC has become one of the key partners of Pegasystems in CIS region. We have about 25 specialists certified with Pegasystem products. BTC has successfully completed many BPM-related projects including business process analysis and redesign, BPM system implementations, various systems integration.
1. Sberbank (Russia) – The project of choice of BPM system for automation Legal department processes. Within the scope of this project specialists of the company developed proof-of-concept project with implementation of two main processes of Legal department. In cooperation with Pegasystmes. 2012
2. Sberbank (Russia) Automation of business processes of Legal Department. The main purpose of this project was improving quality and service rates of clients, increasing KPI of processing employees' requests to Legal Department. In cooperation with Pegasystmes. 2012
3. Sberbank (Russia) La Manche Project (Paperless Back and Middle Office). This project covered standardization of 20 processes in all territorial banks of Sberbank, clients' requests registration (retail and corporate clients), accounts opening, currency control, crediting of corporate and small business clients, ATM collection operations, scanning and documents recognition, routing requests and documents to center of clients operations maintenance. In cooperation with Pegasystmes. 2012-2013
4. Alfa-Bank (Russia) income confirmation module development. This project covered not only the comprehensive automation of the business process related to income automation, but statistical and operational reporting as well. August 2013 December 2013.
5. Alfa-Bank (Russia) credit card issue automation. This project covered the automation of the credit card issuing process via diversified selling channels. Within the scope of this project our specialists have also implemented the “lightweight” version of user portal for mobile devices. May 2013 September 2014.
6. Alfa-Bank (Russia) cash loan issue automation. This project covered the automation of retail cash loans via various selling channels. Within the scope of this project our specialists have also implemented the lightweight version of user portal for mobile devices. In addition to this, some additional functionality was implemented, including: loan insurance and issuing of credit card linked to the loan. September 2014 February 2015.
7. Alfa-Bank (Russia) enhancement of the module for credit cards issuance (by courier delivery). Our specialists have completed the collection and primary analysis of the banks requirements and have made the project sizing. September 2014.
8. BelVEB Bank (Belarus) retail and corporate client information processing automation. This project covered all spectrum of functionality related to client information, including: advanced client search functionality, creation of a client card and questionnaire, correction of the client card and questionnaire, the special customer summary 360o view; basic CRM functionality. December 2012 April 2014.
9. BelVEB Bank (Belarus) retail operations automation. This project covered accounts opening (as well as closing and renewal), deposit operations (opening, replenishing, various parameters correction, closing / cancellation), outgoing payments (by local payment system in Belarusian rubles, by SWIFT in foreign currency, to Loro accounts, internal transfers). December 2012 April 2014.
10. BelVEB Bank (Belarus) corporate accounts operations automation. This project covered a broad range of functionality related to accounts opening, closing, amending client and account parameters, amending special servicing conditions. This project was completed during the period of December 2014 June 2015.
11. BelVEB Bank (Belarus) plastic cards process redesign and improvement. Business processes for plastic cards processing in front- and back- offices were redesigned, unified and standardized including card issuance, replacement, closing, limits establishment/cancellation, status management. Some technical aspects of Integration with OpenWAY were improved. October 2015 January 2016.
